This Privacy Policy explains how Power Up Strategy Inc. and Liana Ling ("we", "us", "our") collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Local Authority Score diagnostic and related pages (the "Site").
When you complete the diagnostic we collect your first name, city, email address, and your answers to the diagnostic questions. If you raise your hand for the Local Leaders Program, we record that interest along with your contact details.
We automatically capture marketing attribution data such as UTM parameters, referring URL, landing page, and click identifiers (for example fbclid and gclid). This helps us understand which channels send qualified visitors to the diagnostic.
We use your information to score your diagnostic, deliver your personalized results, follow up about the Local Leaders Program when you request it, and improve the diagnostic over time. We may send your data to our internal tools (for example our CRM and spreadsheet automations) for these purposes.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the Site (for example hosting, analytics, email, and automation platforms), and only to the extent needed for them to perform that work.
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, email us and reference the email address you used to take the diagnostic.
